Bee levels, sticker inventory and fixes

A display change for bee levels and a few fixes.

What's new

• Added a way to stop stickers from going into your inventory (look in the Index).

Changes

• Bee levels on bees are now drawn with a surface GUI instead of one decal per level.

Fixes

• Fixed a softlock between the Tutorial and other NPCs.
• Fixed inventory syncing with hotbar auto-use.
